AMI Conference, March 21-22, Barcelona

• Eco-design encompassing material selection, design construction, barrier incorporation and downgauging
• Case study of a mono-material PE SUP with Barrier property (only 2% EVOH) in blown MDO replacing a demanding multi-material solution (like metalized BoPP/PE or metallized BoPET/PE) while keeping outstanding mechanical properties
• Case study of an unlaminated mono-material PE SUP with cast MDO for a down-gauged solution while keeping excellent processing and mechanics
