In particular, TotalEnergies will focus its actions on further improving the information regarding quantities and delivery dates, and reliability of the deliveries. 

Methodology: Based on 1054 contacts of European customers who buy polymers from TotalEnergies, 219 responses were obtained, i.e, a participation rate of 21% . The survey was conducted by Opinionway in accordance with the requirements of the international quality standard ISO 20252. OpinionWay further notes that the following margings for error must be taken into account when interpreting the results of this survey : a maximum of 6,9 points for a sample of 200 respondents.
