On October 19-26, our collaborations will be presented at K 2022 Fair, the world’s No.1 trade fair for plastics and rubbers, in Düsseldorf (Germany).

  • YUSHIN - Hall 11 - Stand G25

Our polypropylene Lumicene® MR 2001 resin will be showcased by a YUSHIN SX-41 side-entry robot on a Netstal ELION 800 taking out blisters from a mold by Männer. It has been chosen thanks to its good transparency and surface aspect.

  • W.MÜLLER - Hall 14 - Stand A38

TotalEnergies Aceso® PPM R021 S01 resin will be presented by W.MÜLLER for 5-layer cosmetic bottles made for medical industry. This grade was specially developed for the extrusion blow-moulding of medical containers and medical devices.

  • ENELKON - Hall 12 - Stand A43

PPC 14642 resin will be processed by the In Mould Labelling specialist ENELKON on a full-electric injection moulding BMB machine for thin wall packaging. This ultra-high melt flow copolymer offers improved processability, high impact resistance and good rigidity. It allows for extreme downgauging in thin wall packaging.

  • WINDMÖLLER & HÖLSCHER - Hall 17 - Stand A57

On October 19, TotalEnergies and Windmöller & Hölscher will unveil the details of their collaboration. This innovative development is related to eco-design and more specifically on recyclability topic. The TotalEnergies recipe will run on a MDO line during the Windmöller & Hölscher EXPO on 20-21 and 24-25 October 2022 from 10 AM to 4 PM.

 

  • PLASTIBLOW - Hall 14 - Stand 56  

TotalEnergies mechanically recycled PE compound rPE 6314 (50% PCR) will be processed by Plastiblow on an electrically driven multi-layer coextrusion blow moulding machine model PB50ES-1000 Coex3 for the production of stackable 20-litre jerrycans in two cavities and in three layer configuration. The use of recycled grades from TotalEnergies such as rPE6314 allows reducing environmental impact by limiting the use of virgin material without compromise on performance.

  • BMB - Hall 13 - Stand A33 

Our polypropylene PPC 10642 will be processed by BMB on a very high injection speed machine for pails. This medium fluidity grades with good mechanical properties has been developed for high speed injection moulding of pails. It has been formulated for excellent antistatic properties.
