Drinktec 2025 – HD6081 and HD6042 in Action at the World Leading Beverage Fair

On September 15-19, HD6081 and HD6042 resins will be presented at Drinktec, the world’s leading trade fair for the beverage and liquid food industry, in Munich (Germany). 

HD6081 resin will be in action at Drinktec in two different locations: 

• at Hall C6 – Stand C6-160, it will be processed by the injection moulding specialist Sumitomo-Demag  in a non-tethered 26 mm cap for still water on a fast running electrical machine.
• at Hall C6 – stand C6-501, it will be processed by Wittmann Batenfeld in a 29/25 light still water cap on a fast-running electrical machine.

HD6081 resin brings a unique molecular design to achieve excellent processing behavior and mechanical properties. It exhibits outstanding performance tailored to the Caps & Closures market :

• 5 to 15% processing pressure decrease
• Improved ESCR (twice as high as market reference)
• Up to 40°C processing temperature reduction potential
• Certified organoleptic properties

These characteristics make HD6081 resin the perfect solution for still drinks. 

HD6042 resin will also be showcased: 

• at Hall C5 – stand C5-400, it will be processed by SACMI in a 26/22 GME30.28 cap for still water on a CCM64MD ROTARY MOLDER.
