Total, Intraplás and Yoplait successfully demonstrated the feasibility of incorporating recycled polystyrene from chemical recycling into yogurt pots.
One of the ways Total is working on this is by improving the recyclability of plastics. Partnering with a machine manufacturer, Hosokawa Alpine and a converter, Coveris, we succeeded to develop a new plastic packaging which uses less raw material and is fully recyclable.
